Standard delivery is just £3.99, and FREE when you spend £75 or more.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Orders received before 5pm (Monday–Sunday) are typically processed the same day, while those placed after 5pm are processed the following working day, excluding bank holidays.

We ship from both the UK and China depending on the item, and wherever your order is dispatched from, we always aim to get it to you as quickly as possible. As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking ID so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If your order contains multiple items, these may be shipped separately — each with its own tracking ID.

Most orders arrive within 4–7 working days. Please review the estimated delivery dates displayed before ordering, as on rare occasions delays can occur. If your order hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us via our website and we'll be happy to help.
