Refunds & Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

All return requests must be submitted through your account. Simply select the relevant order, click the 'Request Return' tab, and submit your request with the reason. All requests are reviewed within 24 hours, and if approved, you'll receive a prepaid postage label to send your item back — completely free of charge.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. This does not apply to faulty items, which will be assessed individually. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund promptly. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
