Shipping & Deliveries
Standard delivery is £3.99, or FREE on orders £75 and over. Orders placed before 5pm are typically processed the same day (the following working day if after 5pm, excluding bank holidays).
We ship from the UK and China, with most orders arriving within 4–7 working days. You'll receive a tracking ID by email once your order is dispatched. If ordering multiple items, these may arrive separately with individual tracking IDs. Please check estimated delivery dates before ordering, and contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe.
Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied or have changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All requests must be submitted through your account — select the order, click 'Request Return', and submit your reason. Requests are reviewed within 24 hours, and if approved, you'll receive a free prepaid postage label.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. Faulty items are assessed individually. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

37-liter maximum capacity backpack, brand Bange
At first glance, the first impression is that the material is very well-made and "waterproof" (that is, it can withstand a drizzle, but I wouldn't risk using it in a real rain), and the zippers are of high quality. The backpack has numerous compartments, including a compartment for a power bank and charging your phone (great for travel).
As you can see in the photos, the finish is very well done, and it's expandable. It has a specific lined pocket for wet items, which is great for used clothes, for example, or something damp (obviously to be removed quickly).

It's really worth the price, I didn't find it cheap, but it delivered everything I expected. Regarding durability, only time can tell. The 37L one has the size of a regular backpack when closed, it doesn't feel awkward on your back, and it seems to be quite spacious when opened. The outer material is quite thick and seems durable, the inner material also seems to be of okay quality. The zippers, at least now while they are new, are very good. In addition, it has a good number of compartments, the compartment for the notebook is slightly padded, and it even has a small pocket at the back where we lean our back, along with a strap to carry along with the bag. The inside cable is UBS A and because it is hidden with a small zipper inside also. The only caveat is that the size 37L does not have a side pocket for a water bottle, but this can be replaced with the front pocket if it's not an issue for you.

I bought the 45L black backpack, and it is truly large. Solid and well-made impression leather. The zippers are very smooth and close well.
It has many compartments to store everything, but above all, it has the capacity to expand greatly. Very happy with the purchase, 10/10. I hope it lasts a long time.
Very nice color, has large pockets, front pockets, for a bottle, for hanging keys, and a hidden pocket, large size very good for cabin travel and even daily life, with work/university things and gym things.
I really liked the bag. I didn't give 5 stars just for one minor detail: in a world where everything is being replaced by USB-C cables, the cable that comes in the bag for the PowerBank's output is USB. If you have a powerbank with USB-C outputs, like mine, you won't be able to use the adapter that comes on the side of the bag.
Another detail regarding delivery is that it is not done by the postal service, but by a courier company. You have to log into the app every day to track the delivery.
